From Burnout to Alignment
In the vibrant chaos of New York City, I found myself at a crossroads. After the heartbreak of losing my mother to lung cancer and experiencing burnout, followed by the pandemic, I knew something had to change. Despite my external successes, I felt lost—trapped by self-doubt, craving connection, and searching for something real.
So, I set out on a journey—not to escape, but to find myself. Only to realize that I was never truly lost. It was a remembering—of who I was before the world told me who to be. Along the way, I discovered something profound: true transformation doesn’t come from following someone else’s blueprint. It comes from taking radical ownership of our lives, rewriting our own stories, and embracing the messy, beautiful process of becoming.
I’m still figuring things out, and I don’t have all the answers. But here’s what I do know: There are no shortcuts to inner work. No course, mastermind, or coach can do it for you. You can’t shortcut self-awareness, healing, or spirituality. There’s no replacement for knowing your own worth—and no one can hand it to you.
It’s in the process of building life by your own dezine, leaning into discomfort, remaining open, curious and facing yourself fully that you find the truth. And that, my friend, is the most confronting, scary, and most spiritual experience of all.
